There are a number of possible sources for funding community road safety projects. Most funding is provided by Land Transport New Zealand and applications are due by the end of March each year for the following financial year (i.e. from 1 July). Contact your local office of Land Transport NZ.
Small Project Fund
RoadSafe Auckland administers a Small Project Fund for projects up to $5,000. Further information and funding criteria are outlined in the downloadable forms below.
