RoadSafe Auckland is a region wide road safety group made up of representatives from Auckland's seven Territorial Authorities, Regional Council, Auckland Regional Transport Authority, Land Transport NZ, NZ Police, Transit New Zealand, ACC, Auckland Regional Public Health Services, Alcohol Advisory Council (ALAC), Safekids and the Ministry of Health. The Auckland Regional Transport Authority convenes the RoadSafe Auckland group and oversees the Regional Road Safety Plan as determined by the Auckland Regional Council's Regional Land Transport Strategy.

VicRoads - www.vicroads.vic.gov.au Visit our road safety friends across the Tasman. The VicRoads web site outlines the work of the Victoria Police and Transport Accident Commission (TAC) and other stakeholders to tackle the main causes of road crashes. These efforts are based on the 'Arrive Alive' road safety strategy, the Victorian Government's five-year plan, which incorporates high levels of enforcement, treatment of accident blackspots, community education and mass media campaigns.
